Do you actually own the hardware?
Every physical node belongs to PapilioHost. We don't resell other providers' infrastructure or run on top of someone else's cloud. The IPMI is ours, the boot logs are ours, the serial number is on our spreadsheet.
What's the actual SLA, in real numbers?
99.98% network availability with credits at 100× the prorated downtime. Dedicated-tier hardware replacement is contracted at 4 hours, with no "force majeure includes our own mistakes" clauses.
Can I bring my own IP block or ASN?
Yes. Submit a Letter of Authorization and we'll set up the cross-connect or BGP session. Minimum announcement is /24 IPv4 or /48 IPv6. Full transit available if you want carrier diversity behind one hand to shake.
How do backups and disaster recovery work?
On-demand snapshots from the panel — take one before a risky upgrade, restore in seconds. Every VM can sync to the Ceph backup cluster daily, from €1.50 per 10 GB/month. Restoration is self-service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, SEPA bank transfer, PayPal and major crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). Annual plans get two months free, and invoices include reverse-charge VAT handling for EU businesses.
