IPv4 questions.

How are blocks delivered? Lease or transfer?
Lease. Blocks remain in our RIPE allocation and are routed for your use. For transfer to your own RIPE handle, contact us — that's a separate, one-time transaction.
Do I need to justify the IPs?
For /29 and smaller, no. For /28 and larger, RIPE requires a usage justification — we handle that paperwork with you. Tell us roughly what you'll use them for (VPNs, mail servers, hosting customers, etc.) and we file the form.
What about IP reputation?
All blocks come from our managed pool with monitored reputation. If a block has any listing on RBLs (Spamhaus, SORBS, etc.), we disclose it before delivery. We can also rotate a flagged block on request once.
Can I use IPs for mail?
Yes, but port 25 outbound is closed by default. To run a legitimate mail server, contact support — we'll open it after a quick anti-abuse review. SMTP submission ports (587, 465) are open by default.
Can I announce my own /24 (BYOIP)?
Yes. Send us a Letter of Authorization (LOA) plus your RIR record. We'll set up the BGP session, configure RPKI ROAs, and route your prefix from AS58232. Available on dedicated server plans.
Is rDNS really self-service?
Yes. Log into the client area, set the PTR record, save. Propagates within 5 minutes. Same for IPv6.
